These are the simple rules for using EXCHKR Nonprofits. By signing up, you agree to them.

What this is

A tool that helps you split expenses across grants and see what is left in each one. It is a planning aid. It is not accounting, tax, or legal advice, and it does not replace your books or your funder reports.

Check the numbers

You are responsible for making sure your grant numbers are right before you report them to a funder. We work hard to keep the math exact, but you should check it against your records.

Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Give us true information when you sign up.

Your data

Your data is yours. You can delete it at any time from the Settings page. See the privacy page for what we keep.

We never move money

EXCHKR Nonprofits does not hold, send, or receive money for you.

Using it fairly

Do not try to break the service, get into other people's accounts, or use it for anything illegal.

No promises

The service is provided as is, and it is early. It may have bugs or be down sometimes. To the most the law allows, we are not liable for lost grants, missed deadlines, or other losses that come from using it.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a big change, we will tell you by email.
